"The place was ok for 1 night as a quick business trip. "

"Check in process wasn’t the best. We arrived early and stored our luggage. We were told they would call us when the room was ready, 2 hours after check in time, still not called. Went to reception and room was ready. Room was very clean and comfortable, just a shame it overlooked a car park to the rear of the building. Breakfast was ok, expensive if you don’t book in advance. We wanted to cancel it for our last day - hotel wouldn’t agree to that. Wouldn’t class as 5 star, but a very good 4 star."

"Unique, historic stay. Perfect for families. Rooms could use updated furniture (couch, tv, beds), but had charm. Bathtub wasn’t appealing because of dirty surround, but shower water pressure was perfect. Lots of charm throughout the property. Dinner was wonderful. Great spot for evening patio drinks. Was perfect for our one-night stopover on our road trip."
