"We've stayed here multiple times at this point. The location right on Haeundae Beach, walkable to so much activity, such as fresh seafood and more at the Haeundae Market and access to the sky capsule/train at Blue Line Park, is unbeatable. Moreover, the service (shout out to Harley in particular!) is what has brought us back twice in 2 years, with his great personal recommendations for restaurants and what to do in the area. This trip, Harley took the time to help us book an airport van for our large group and assisted in ensuring the best rooms for our stay. But it was even after our stay that the service stood out. My husband had left some personal belongings, and Harley made sure they were found and dispatched quickly to our next hotel in Seoul.
