"When my husband went to check in our family of 6, there was an issue with the room we had selected (with bunk beds) and he was told we were getting a different room with cots in it… Boy did we ever!!! It was a suite on the top floor and we the absolute best 3 night stay a family could have. It was incredible having that much space and the room was so gorgeous. Thank you x’s a million from our family, we felt like VIP’s. We spent so much time in the room because it was so unbelievable. The play place for kids was epic too! Darlene at breakfast was excellent. We would recommend this hotel 10/10. "

"Everything was good except the receptionist girl who checked in for us. Her attitude was not friendly at all, she shouldn’t ask us if we were staying overnight, what was the point? We didnt feel welcome to stay at the hotel. I don’t think I would come back here. "

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and I would especially like to mention Samia at the front desk. She was very welcoming, always smiling, and had a kind and positive attitude that really stood out. I also enjoyed the hot tub area, which was clean and well maintained. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to others."
