"My boyfriend and I are in a long-distance relationship. The McCoy Inn is halfway for us. We visit at least once a month, and have for the last year. It is always clean. The rooms are huge (We have been in just about every room type). Check in is always easy. We both love the McCoy Inn so much. No other hotel gives you as much space for the cost. "

"Spend a whole week here and hardly left the property. This house has everything you need from toys for the kids, fishing gear, tubes & water toys, bug spray (which I never really needed b/c I saw no mosquitoes and if they are around they will find me! Lol), lots of household goods, plenty of tp & paper towels, laundry soap, etc. All the pots and pans and kitchen utensils including an airfry, 2 types of coffee pots & coffee and tea. We cooked there all week and the only thing that you might want to bring are some spices otherwise just bring food, clothes and a toothbrush. Then sit back and relax on the front porch swing, my favorite place! Thanks again Roger & Mary for sharing your beautiful property, you truly have thought of everything! "

"The property this home sits on is serene and ideal. The house is huge with plenty of space to spread out for alone time or to hang out together indoors or outdoors. There are so many beautiful features in this house…hard wood floors, stone fireplaces, huge countertop, spiral staircase etc. I also felt that this place was pretty clean as far as rentals go. However, the beauty of this home and a welcoming atmosphere are diminished by plain and simple “too many things”. Too many accent pillows alone (over 90. Yes, I counted). Where do I sit?Too many used toiletries and personal items left behind in drawers and cabinets. Who lives here?Too many decorations and too much clutter filling spaces that would be more enhancing and useful left bare. Too many furniture covers made us feel like we shouldn’t use that space. More like sheets than covers. Too many mothballs! Stinky.Too many times having to reach into the back of the toilet to stop it from running. It’s a simple fix. Please make sure your listing stays updated as we booked expecting a hot tub and there is not one. Property manager responds quickly and was super nice. "
