Welcome to our newly remodeled and spacious lake house in Sandy Creek NY! This beautiful property can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests and is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation by the water. With stunning lake views, modern amenities, and plenty of room to spread out, this is the perfect home away from home. Book now and start creating unforgettable memories!
We appreciate that the overwhelming majority of our guests are respectful of our property and a pleasure to host. These house rules are in place to ensure the best quality visit for all of our great guests:

- Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are: 10pm to 8am

- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000.

- No pets allowed without permission. The pet fee is $250 per reservation. Please add pets to the reservation under the "Add guests" tab in the search bar.

- No events, parties or large gatherings

- Check-out is at 10:00am. Late fees will apply if the guests fail to check out on time.

- Minimum age to book is 21

My whole family loved staying at this property. Thoughtful details for young kids like coloring books, games, and plastic dishes were included. The neighborhood is quiet and the views of the North Sandy Pond are beautiful. While the house is right on the water, accessing the water is difficult from the property due to plant overgrowth. I had cordial email exchanges with the property manager. Would definitely stay again.
