"The host double book the place. And we had to go somewhere else in the middle of the night! The place seemed ok, but we never got a chance to really know. The host did however assisted us with getting another place almost next door (which was really a nice place)."

"Load in was a disaster owner lives out of the country and the door code was incorrect took 3 hrs to get in contact with staff. Hot water was infrequent."

The rental is spotless the owner Donna thought of everything that we would need including a basket of snacks and a case of water. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. "issues i had - they forgot to bring my bag up, i found it and was ready to change so i went and got it also i had a leak in the bathroom sink and they were coming to fix it when i called but i said i have 2 sinks its ok they can come in the morning when i am out of the room. "

"I love everything about it was the most perfect and relaxing experience. I like that it was quiet and staff was super nice. We had butlers Keen and Andre and they were the absolute best. Food was really tasty and the steakhouse was my favorite restaurant. Rooms were beautiful and the platinum is definitely worth it. Best resort in Jamaica!"
