Plenty of space for everyone to come together and enjoy the group, tons of space with different activities and even space for quiet hang out areas. The owner, Roman is very nice and truly cared about us having a nice time. The outdoor area is beautiful to hang out and cook, it is a quiet neighborhood. The family room is set up for gaming and watching movies in the home theater so the kids were never bored. Overall, exceptional. "

"I rented this home for 5 nights for a family reunion nearby. It was the perfect size for me, my daughter, my son and his wife, and 6 grandchildren ranging in age from 11-17. The kitchen is stocked with coffee and basic staples such as spices, syrup, etc. There is no dishwasher but there was dish soap and a drying rack. There was adequate seating for our group. Beds were very comfortable. There was a closet with hangers in one downstairs bedroom and one luggage rack, but the other bedroom...

"The inside of the property was as very small but clean and nice. The location wasn’t very pleasant view of neighborhood. No tv’s in bedrooms. Water smelled like rotten eggs and the sink in the bathroom ran dry slow. The view from the deck was amazing and the dock was great for fishing."

"It’s super close to downtown Yorkville!! So in the months with better weather it would be perfect to stay and walk to the few restaurants downtown and little shops and the river area. We arrived a little early and the host let us in and was able to change the codes around so we could check in as it was cold out! So super accommodating helpful!! Also the garage is a bonus but anything larger than a mid range suv is not going to fit as parking is tight! The only issue we had was the neighbors were...

The ‘movie themed’ decor was chinsy at best. The parking area is filled with garbage, broken cinder blocks, a tire, and a junked car. There weee old shoes on balcony.
