Spend your summer days basking in the water, BBQing dinner on the gas grill and Blackstone griddle, napping in the hammock or having a friendly game of Bocce. For sports enthusiasts, the private, sandy beach volleyball court will make for some fairly competitive afternoons! During the evening, enjoy s'mores over the wood burning fire pit!
Inside the home, you will find plenty of spaces for you and your guests to relax and unwind. The kitchen features a center island, a breakfast bar and an additional dining areas for 10 people as well as stainless steel appliances and side by side refrigerator. The dining room features a table for 10. The living room features a 75 inch Smart TV and over-sized sectional couch. The sunroom with 10 foot ceilings features a second smart TV and an amazing recliner couch. The primary bedroom is a true retreat with a king bed, 55 inch TV and private bathroom with a soaking tub and a separate tiled shower.
