"This place really packs a punch! It really exceeded our expectations. Being able to sit outside in the mornings and feeling how peaceful the neighborhood is to how big the house feels inside. We will definitely be bringing our family back to this space!"

"The stay here was better than the old Yelp reviews lead on. The beds and pillows are very firm but get the job done. They provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash pumps in the bathroom so you dont need to bring your own. There is a sign on the bathroom saying if you steal, soil, or damage any of the items in the room, you have to pay for them, be aware. They list individual prices for damaged items like wash cloths being 15 bucks. Make sure you close your curtains very well or else people will be looking into your room. The outside pool had a bit of algae at the bottom and pollen at the top, but it was open apparently. Many fun places around the area, be ware for the cost of beaches, one place tried charging us 40 bucks. Go to JFK memorial beach instead. Overall nice place. "

"We can say the house was very clean. We were looking for a place to relax and that’s definitely what we got. The bedrooms upstairs look out over the bay. The sunrise in the morning was so spectacular! We weren’t ready to leave after 4 days. I give this place a 10 stars."

"Four of us Stayed in this beautiful home for three nights. Our friends stayed in the king room and we took the queen, both on the second floor. The beds were comfortable and clean. The house is close to the beach though we were there when it was too cold to enjoy it:) The house was quiet and comfortable with the exception of one night when the cape was having a wind storm and it was blowing the outdoor furniture around on the upper deck. We just brought the chairs inside for the night The house is tastefully decorated with a quiet nautical theme of starfish. It had everything we needed including a toaster oven and Keurig coffee pot complete with pods and water. The downstairs shower even has a towel warmer! We would definitely stay here again and have also recommended it or other friends and family."
