HOT TUB CLOSES NOV. 30th. Reopens May 1st, 2025. Located 10 minutes from historic Downtown Sandusky, 10-15 minutes to Cedar Point, 10-15 minutes to Sports Force, Waterparks, and fishing! This renovated house features 2 lower bedrooms, 2 split loft bedrooms upstairs, 2 full baths(both downstairs), full kitchen stocked with basic amenities, dining area and living room. This property also features a fire pit in the back (firewood not provided) charcoal grill and hot tub!
