"We booked Graystone 77, but where on arrival told to go to Hydropak without further explanation. We contacted the accommodation a week before arrival to fix time and check in. Extremely slow and unfriendly reply. In fact up to our arrival at the city had no clarification at all. The accommodation had no TV and no internet working, only one towel per person ( no hand towel or face cloths), there was 1 wine glasses for 4 of us, shower tap etc loose. "The family running this place is nice and helpful. Someone came by daily to clean. There was a shopping center 5 minutes away for all needs. It was a great location to get to all attractions quickly via uber."

"the air condition was not working at beginning later on they fixed. there was no water, 3 hours later, after i comlained they supplied because they give to other guests. all towels were very bad and there were big hole inthe towel. whenever i show them they collected immediatly. there were no food, for breakfest , lunch or dinner. if i pay in addance they can buy and prepare the food for me with transportation cost included. for example i paid 300 rand for one breakfest. i stayed only one night...
