"Cozy, comfy and conveniently located. Just a 5 minute walk to Lionshead gondola. Perfect for a couple. Had everything we needed to prepare basic meals. Bed was comfy, living area furniture too. Some reviews mentioned the accomodation was dated but I didn’t notice. It was fine for a few days stay. Anything longer I might opt for a larger apartment. Overall enjoyed our stay and recommend."

"The rental itself is quite nice - very well refurbished and modern, clean appearance. Very comfortable stay. The apartment complex itself is fine but nothing fancy. Location is excellent and closer to Main street than I expected. The property is managed by a local property manager and WILDLY OVERCOMMUNICATED with tons of emails to point of making it confusing. When it came time to check-in, I had to reference one email for the address, another separate email for the door code, and a non-VRBO app...

"Outdated and shabby property. The kitchen was recently remodeled, however, furniture was old and outdated. Carpets in unit and hallways were old and scuffed, worn out. Floorplan was awkward. Internet connection was very slow. No check-in desk at the property; had to drive to another location to check in. Staff and maintenance were kind and responsive."

"Perfect for us & our kids & nanny for a week in Vail - close to everything in Lionshead, ski valet, even a courtesy pickup/dropoff SUV but not sure it that’s year round - clean spot, quiet, we’ll be back!"

"This place was great. We liked the close proximity to lifts. This place (as advertised) is on the 3rd floor. Be prepared to go up and down LOTS of steps. Our family was fine with it - even with the high altitude. But, there are people who would not do well. That being said, the lift is a short walk and we LOVED how we could split up the day with lunch at the condo. The hot tub and laundry facility were very handy. "The unit was perfect, very well appointed and spacious, great location overlooking Dillon Lake. Ideal for three friends with separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Early morning visit by two beautiful foxes was a bonus!"

"Not a dealbreaker for me, but the jets on the hot tub do not work. Spoke with permanent resident and it has been an issue for several years. Otherwise great place, fantastic location."

"Nice, roomy apartment, close to Copper, Breck, A-Basin, Keystone, Vail. Bus to Copper is right outside! The property abuts directly on the rec path and Mt. Royal out the back door, but is only a 10 minute walk to restaurants in the heart of Frisco."

"4/20/24 This is a lovely, new, modern, cozy, serene, clean place to stay!! The view, out back, is stunning! It’s fully equipped, and ready for 1-6 guests. The owners were communicative and thorough with instructions, and were quick to reply to any questions. The sound of the mountain stream will lull you to sleep each night. The location is great for visiting many cute towns around the area. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Beautiful area, right by creek. The fitness center and locker rooms are very clean, spa like. Hot tubs and pool were wonderful as was our yoga class. The condo was renovated and beautiful. Highly recommend! "
