The turn-down service was a nice surprise. We opted to dine at the hotel restaurant and it was a very fancy experience with amazing views from the balcony. The food was top notch quality. "The room itself was fine but expected a little better based on the reviews. My visitor ended up staying with me because the air conditioning was not very good in the room and it stayed humid. The staff was nice enough and as accommodating as they could be. The area of the hotel was a bit inconvenient to stay in Vicenza due to construction and traffic."

"Hotel Campo Marzio is the only place I’ll stay in Vicenza. The staff is awesome! Everything I needed, day or night, they provided. They even helped by making phone calls for me to find yoga studios and see if restaurants were open for me. The accommodations were excellent. I got the cheapest room available because I was traveling on a budget, but it was spacious and comfortable. I’m sure that the more expensive rooms and the suites are truly luxurious. The breakfast was awesome! I filled up on great food and the staff served me tableside with whatever great espresso drinks I requested—and I requested a lot of drinks! "
