"If you like camping, glamping or farms you will Genesis Mountain Farm. The staff are friendly and greeted us upon arrival. The glamping tent we stayed in provided a one of a kind view of the lake and tree line. The stars at night- breathtaking and we enjoyed the fire right outside our tent. There is a fireplace inside the tent to keep warm at night. We also enjoyed the thoughtfully prepared breakfast- made with some local ingredients and farm fresh eggs. We enjoyed a tour of the farm, and it’s clear that there is a lot of care put into every part of the process. We highly recommend signing up for the sauna and hot tub! A great way to relax after a day of hiking and exploring. We can’t wait to come back!"

"Loved the view of the lake . The Geese on the grass was charming. Cozy interior, well stocked with all the comforts of home. Convenient parking, close to town. Quiet complex. Amy, the host was available if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The office was quick to respond to our questions and the view needs to be seen in person! Sleeps 20 People! Waterfront Home with Dock & A/C

"We had hoped we could easily pull a boat up to dock. Not only was it shallow there were rocks all through the access point.We had rented a boat and they gave us a map to navigate the entrance so to not damage the boat. It was so challenging that even I as a seasoned boater had a very difficult time.The water at the dock and beach was rough looking to the point you didn’t really want to play in it. All else was good- Daugherty was great, will not rent this property again because of dock area."
