Beautiful apartment, well maintained and kitted out. Sandown is a great location to explore rest of the island. Great places to eat and drink near by, but as always, always worth coming off main drag. To the less touristy bits. Stayed for a week 12 th Sept 2020 and had perfect weather, even made it into the sea. Would recommend The Dory it was heaven to wake up and go to sleep to the sound of the sea. Big thanks for fantastic week. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Spotlessly clean, very spacious and so well equipped, this apartment has views to die for. An issue on the first morning was dealt with immediately. Fabulous location, super hosts and a very thoughtful welcome pack awaited us. Would highly recommend. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Great place. One of the bedrooms would benefit from greater ventilation, incredibly stuffy. Fantastic open plan space, well equipped, excellent view overlooking wonderful beach. Would return. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

We had the most wonderful time. We stayed with our daughter and Granny. We arrived just as UK holidays were permitted again post Covid and the apartment was spotlessly clean. We were warmly welcomed and enjoyed the goodies in our welcome pack. The view is stunning. The apartment seems to have been recently redecorated, it is modern and had all the equipment we needed. We highly recommend a meal or two at The Reef below. The restaurant does not disturb in any way. Cannot wait to go again! Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

we had a lovely five days here at Dory apartment. Very comfortable, very well equipped and comfortable seating area. Welcome pack (much appreciated) included milk, tea, coffee, BOTTLE OF WINE and a discount voucher for a meal at the restaurant. Plenty of cooking space if you decide to eat in. All bedrooms were a good size. Master had ensuite - modern and very clean. Bathroom large and rather grand. Master bed and living area have french windows and juliet balcony overlooking sea which is just across the road. Lovely to have breakfast looking out of the window at the sea, ships etc. Plenty of books and dvds for wet days. Downsides: no parking - which really is to be expected along the coast. The island operates a parking scheme which, once you have paid, allows parking mostly anywhere (there are a few exceptions). The only other slight downside is that the 2 back bedrooms can get quite hot - the weather was very warm when we were there. Fans are provided which certainly helps but if you open the windows it can be a bit noisy from the street at the back and also from the extraction fan in the restaurant below. Would these downsides put us off - no. This is a lovely apartment and we hope to return later in the year if possible. I would also mention that the Reef Restaurant is very good - so much so that although we intended to try out several of the local restaurants, having eaten at the Reef on our first night decided to eat there every subsequent night. I would also have to agree with other reviewers that there are more than 20 steps to get up to it. Not a problem for us, but possibly could be an issue for others. We took our 8 year old granddaughter with us who is very keen to come back next year.

Mike and Emma have a gem of an apartment. Stunning beach and views which are priceless. The apartment is fantastic, home comforts with luxurious bathrooms, fixtures and fittings. Had everything we needed for a half term holiday. Mike and Emma made us very welcome with generous welcome back. Their restaurant The Reef downstairs is equally as good with fantastic views from restaurant and decking, with wide range of food and drinks. We will definately be back soon x
