"This property was all that we expected. The owner was on our text messages fast and was very accommodating. They had items out for our 4 legged children and the backyard was awesome. Very clean, the bed was comfy. We will definitely be back to visit our family and will be booking again with this property."

Very handy to attractions in Richmond and in Berea. We didn't use the house much during the day--spending time with family in Berea [EASY commuting distance] and did almost no cooking there. Would be first choice if booking again in the area."

Small house with lake view 5 minutes to I-75 and Renfro Valley.

Fit the bill

"The house was well stocked with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. It's advertised as lake view but that wasn't the case for us. Maybe it's the time of the year but the tress were so over grown they blocked the view of the lake which is across the street a block away. Overall we enjoyed our stay. "
