"Karen and Graham were excellent hosts and the breakfast was a full English one and many other options in the morning. Pretty easy walk from the train station along the seashore promenade to the Guesthouse. We lucked out with 4 sunny days and enjoyed ourselves as many restaurants and eateries in the neighbourhood."

"Great value hotel close to Bournemouth at Boscombe. Super easy access to the beach. Train station 25 min walk to Bournemouth or Pokesdown. All amenities for dining super close. Really friendly hosts and respectful of privacy. Property condition a little tired, but very comfortable, clean and fab value for the area. Good parking for free. Would definitely recommend,"

"People running the place are very friendly and graciously invite you into their home. Rooms are good size, clean with ensuite and TV. Breakfasts were very tasty and there is resident off road parking. Location is quiet for the most part and only 15 mins to Lulworth Castle or Lulworth Cove or if you prefer The Tank Museum is close. "Great staff all very friendly they couldn’t do enough for us. Had a honesty bar which was a really good idea. You could take own drink into bar hosts didn’t mind at all. Also a microwave to heat your own food if you wished to do so. Breakfast was very good you could have whatever you wanted. Lots of options. Modern and very clean. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again. Situated right on sea front and 3 minute walk to train station. Very convenient. "
