Limited personal hours at front desk. Do not show up early as no one there until 4pm to check you in. Only about a 10-12 minute walk to universal which is what makes it great"

"Great space however quite far from the train station very convenient supermarket within 2 min walk. Loved the bunk beds could pay to have toothbrushes. Also you have to set up other beds yourself so after a long walk prepare for that instead of straight away sleeping. "We took this as it was closish to Universal Studios. But it wasn't particularly close to a train station and a long walk to US, so cabs were needed. It's great that this had it's own mini-kitchen, but we had been spoiled by our first hotel (one of the Minn chain) which was similar but nicer. So check out Minn hotels before you book this! "A very unique suite. Almost too many amenities in such a small space. Not sure about the whole separate bath/shower - with the compact nature of the suite I would have gone with one or the other, freeing up room for other things. "

"This place was very spacious and had everything we needed. 2 separated bedrooms, but could turn into 1 if needed. Kitchen was great, laundry share with bathroom, separate toilet. Very clean, private, convenient location in quiet neighbourhood. Easy check in. Felt safe and was just a really pleasant place to stay! I couldn’t work out the projector but we didn’t need it. Better than a hotel room as the kids had a bit more of space to occupy. Will book again if we are back in Osaka."
