Pleasant 2 bedroom house renovated and ideally located for your holidays on the avenue de Portissol, the most pleasant district of Sanary. The villa is composed of a large living room, with fully equipped kitchen (large fridge freezer, microwave, induction hob, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric plancha for your meals on the terrace etc.) open to the living room and the dining room area. For sleeping accommodation, from the large living room, you access a mezzanine with 2 single beds, with a maximum height of 1.8m, with storage on each side under the slope. On the ground floor you have a 2nd bedroom with a large bed 160*200 and a large dressing room. Finally, a bathroom with toilet with a laundry area with washing machine. In addition, you have a terrace under the cedars equipped with a table and 6 chairs, an electric plancha for your meals as well as 2 deckchairs. For your vehicle, you have a secure parking space with remote control for the electric gate, in the parking lot of the residence next door. The house is equipped with an internet box with Wi-Fi. The big advantages of this villa are that it is very well equipped, and ideally located close to shops, beaches and town center, all within walking distance. Bakery, greengrocer, wine cellar, small supermarket is less than 150m away. Town center 150m, Port 350m, Portissol beach 550m. This charming villa is ideal for a family vacation near the sea if you want to forget the car during your stay, and enjoy the charm and pleasant atmosphere of the pedestrian streets of Sanary. Sun, beach and fun will be there for your successful vacation by the sea. We require a 25% deposit. The balance payment is due 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in case of last-minute reservation. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years of age. The amount is specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included in the price. For added comfort, you can choose to have sheets and towels provided for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged an additional 100 euros. Weekday arrivals after 6 p.m. will also be charged an additional fee. Pets may be allowed upon request; please indicate the type of pet. A supplement of 5€ per day per pet will apply. We require a deposit to be paid upon arrival by check or cash. It will not be cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. You will be asked for a holiday insurance certificate or civil liability insurance. No rental will be finalized without these documents. Come and enjoy the beauties of our region through our apartments and houses: the beaches and protected and developed natural spaces, the natural parks of Port-Cros and Porquerolles, whose "Notre Dame" beach was voted the most beautiful beach in Europe, seaside walks such as the boat tour of the calanques of Cassis, hikes in the Verdon Gorges or on the coastal path and in particular Cap Sicié. You can discover Bandol, Sanary-sur-Mer, the small medieval village of Castellet, very pleasant for strolling or sharing an ice cream, discover the wines of Bandol. The estates of Bandol are mostly in the commune of La Cadière and you can enjoy the magnificent landscapes in all seasons. We recommend the Saint Côme mill for the production of olive oil. We also recommend the walk to Mont Faron to appreciate the magnificent sea view over one of the most beautiful harbors in Europe. Our agricultural producers welcome you from April to September every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to offer you fresh local products (fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheeses, honey, etc.). The markets of Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr etc. take place every day, and the big markets take place on Tuesday in Bandol, Wednesday in Sanary and Thursday in Saint Cyr. For your children, the OK Corral amusement park in Cuges les pins, Aqualand in Saint-Cyr sur mer, the funfair, seaside entertainment (trampoline, bungee), water activities (diving, sailing, paddle, parasailing, jet skiing etc.), boat trips, the Bandol zoological garden.
