"Belle maison de caractère qui surplombe la ville avec une belle vue sur la mer et un très beau terrain, des espaces en extérieur bien aménagés pour profiter l’été. Deux grandes chambres.Cuisine bien équipée.Une salle d’eau spacieuse. De nombreux commerces de proximité très utiles (boucher, fromager, boulangerie, tabac/presse)Pas de climatisation mais des ventilateurs de plafond (insuffisants en cas de canicule comme cela était notre cas) et du fait de la proximité d’une route très fréquentée l’été avec beaucoup de passage et de bruit toute la nuit (voitures/motos) cela ne permet pas de dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes.Très bon accueil par des hôtes très sympathiques, accommodants, et très disponibles."

"The property is in an excellent location within a very short walk of Portissol Plage and also the very appealing harbour town of Sanary with its daily food market full of great quality fresh produce. There is also a great Boulangerie and grocery a few steps from the house.The house is attractive with a very large terrace where we spent our time. The pool is a good size and surrounded by very attractive planting.On the down side, we knew how hot it would be and chose a property with air conditioning. This never functioned during our stay and communications made us feel we had done something incorrect to the controls. We bought our own fans from a supermarket.Bedlinen provided at extra cost is not great, take your own( although very unusual in England at this level to have to make beds).The two basement bedrooms are large and quite cool, one of the outside doors to these could not be shut and the shared bathroom is rudimentary with a shower hose in a bath.On our last day garders visited with very loud petrol driven tools when we were having breakfast. They made a loud noise for over an our. The pool had been very clear all holiday with one maintenance visit. On the last day the shocked the pool with chemicals and it remained extremely clouded and still was when we left the following morning. The owners said it was fine to use like that but everything we researched said no. So no pool on the last day.A lovely house in a great location but room for improvement."

"Great location with beach out your front door. Beautiful pool, fantastic food quality!! The rooms are a bit dated, but overall a good experience. FYI…..parking is a bit complicated but worked out in the end."

"Séjour agréable, emplacement dans la pinède bien situé. La plage de Bandol est la plus rapidement accessible. Pour l'appartement, un peu déçues, quelques améliorations seraient les bienvenues :principalement la douche, très vieillotte, des portes de placard (chambre du bas)à changer,manque de rangements. Pour tout dire, un peu de rénovation serait bienvenue. La voisine à l'étage en dessous est un petit problème :la vue sur son jardin depuis la terrasse n'est pas des plus agréable. Malgré ces quelques remarques, le séjour s'est bien passé et nous en garderons un bon souvenir. Et merci à Sandrine, elle est ponctuelle, efficace et charmante."

"The location and staff were amazing. It looked like the hotel was in the process of some minor renovations which may have contributed to the the aesthetics of the upstairs common area. Unsecured Wi-Fi is always a concern. But overall, we would absolutely stay there again."
