"The property has beautiful views and balconies. The property manager is fantastic and very responsive. We traveled with a group of 6 adults who all found access to the property difficult by car with very narrow, steep one lane roads with two way traffic leading to challenging vehicle access for anyone other than the locals. The walk to town is 30 minutes and steep. The property is and the heating system when run resulted in a loud "banging sound" throughout the night that rattled through the...

"A beautiful villa, lots of space, tastefully furnished rooms, a large livingroom with all you need to relax with the family, two gorgeous bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a cute little garden. "I put this view from the Villa in the top three most beautiful experiences my eyes have ever taken in anywhere in the world. I could sit on the pool deck forever. The Villa it self is everything anyone could ask for in a home. It is new, has everything, is a 15 minute walk (5 min drive) down the hill to the supermarket. I cannot imagine anyone staying here and saying that it wasn't perfect. It will make you think about moving to Chernobbio. "

"Onze week bij Villa Sassi verliep perfect. Laurence was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie, het huis en de tuin waren magnifiek en op ideale afstand van Como-centrum en omgeving. Een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor verschillende uitstappen om nadien in alle rust van de accomodatie te genieten. Wij keren zeker terug! Tony & familie"

"We’re a group of 14 people who stayed in the three apartments. The accommodation was comfortable and the central apartment served as a common dining area for all of us with a large dining table and good kitchen. The hosts are super helpful and the small stores and bars in the neighborhood were quaint and very friendly. "

"Wir haben den Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Das riesige Grundstück ist wirklich toll und auch unser Hund würde, wenn sie wählen könnte, bestimmt wieder dorthin fahren. Man muss wissen, dass das Haus mittlerweile ein wenig in die "Jahre" gekommen ist. Uns hat das allerdings nicht gestört, da wir tagsüber häufig unterwegs waren. Wer ein sehr modernes Haus erwartet, sollte sich evtl. anderweitig umsehen.. Wer allerdings mit einem älteren Haus kein Problem hat, der ist hier schon ganz gut...

The House really smells like tobacco - in particular the left room on the first floor and the living room. 2. ⁠we found an women slip hanging at the window in bathroom of first floor 😣 3. ⁠there was garbage in the kitchen below sink.
