"We have stayed in VRBO accommodations around the world and this is NOT a VRBO quality property and should be removed from the website.There is nothing wrong with the apartment itself, the problem is with the LACK of service. On our European trip, we stayed in 7 different accommodations. This was the ONLY place that did NOT greet us in person and fully explain the details of our stay. Since no one meet us, I had to upload copies of our passports as if I was doing office work, not going on...
