The beach in front of the house is very beautiful, made of sand and no rocks.

Wir waren zu Gast im März, sehr wenige Touristen, es war super angenehm, bereits aber sehr gute Infrastruktur, fast alle Restaurants geöffnet, sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichskeiten! Herrlicher Strand in ca 100 Metern, stundenlanges Walking möglich. Die Wohnung ist sehr bequem eingerichtet und komfortabel eingerichtet. Elettra ist sehr bemüht um das Wohl ihrer Gäste!!! Die Gegend ist historisch hochinteressant, bietet sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausgrabungen aus der Etruskerzeit, ganz nahe Populonia, ein Traum und der Golf von Baratti(Tomben), dann viele Weingüter, Ausfüge z.B. Volterra.................. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The place was as promised and there was a nice grocery store in the same building. There is a train very close by so be aware there is some train noise with the windows open. But overall the stay was great and our host was very good meeting us and with suggestions of things to do. Definitely would stay there again.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Die Wohnung liegt sehr praktisch direkt über einem Supermarkt und ganz nah am Strand.

Sono appena tornata dalle vacanze a San Vincenzo, ridente località marina. E' stato un soggiorno davvero piacevole, l'appartamento molto bello ed arredato in modo veramente elegante , ricco di ogni confort necessario per le vacanze. Camere spaziose ed vi potete trovare tutto l'indispensabile necessario per poter anche cucinare. Elettra è una persona cordiale, simpatica che da utili consigli per poter visitare i dintorni della bella Toscana.

Wir waren 14 Tage im Appartement Creco und haben uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohlgefühlt, auch die Kontakte mit der Vermieterin waren sehr angenehm. Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung im toskanischen Stil verleiht der Wohnung einen besonderen Flair. Das Appartement liegt am Anfang einer wunderschönen Villenstraße, zum Strand sind es 50 m (Wassertemperatur 23 Grad!) und der Supermarkt befindet sich im Erdgeschoss (keine Störung durch Lärm) Es sind alle Kriterien erfüllt für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Und in 30 Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto malerische mittelalterliche Dörfer und Städtchen, die eingebettet sind in die hügeligen Landschaften der Toskana. Unvergesslich bleibt uns auch ein Besuch von Florenz. Wir werden noch lange an diesen traumhaften Urlaub denken und werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

Appartamento vicino alla spiaggia con due camere molto accogliente! Ho trascorso una settimana in questo splendido asppartamento a san vincenzo con i miei due bambini, uno di 3 anni e l'altro di 18, entrambi si sono divertiti! adatto per ogni età. La spiaggia che si trova davanti è di sabbia (senza scogli), lo consiglio!

Direi tutto ottimo! A pochi metri dal centro e dalla spiaggia, immobile curato e in buono stato. Consiglio questo tipo di struttura a tutti se volete essere sicuri di trascorrere una bella vacanza.

Appartamento in centro in un paese molto accogliente,San Vincenzo, vicino al mare. Adatto a chi desidera rilassarsi e godere del mare con delle temperature ottime per essere ottobre! lo consiglio
