"Hi all. We had a wonderfull stay in this house which is a small nr of appartments. It is a good base to visit the surroundings and beaches. The property also had a nice pool and a playground with a mini football game and ping pong etc."

"Leider waren große Teile des Geschirrs nicht sauber und auch der Boden war fleckig, nicht sauber. Die Unterkunft liegt nahe an der Autobahn. Der Strand ist lediglich mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Wohnung verfügte nicht - wie angegeben - über eine Mikrowelle / oder wir haben sie nicht gefunden. Die Waschmaschine hat nicht über 30 Grad gewaschen und die bei den Matratzen der Einzelbetten waren die Federn deutlich zu spüren. Die Nachttischschränkchen und Nachttischlampen waren auch anders als...

"Appartamento grande e pulito, è veramente a un passo dal mare, la spiaggia è di sassi, ma una volta entrati in acqua c'è la sabbia, le spiagge di sabbia non sono comunque lontane in auto. Non è difficile trovare parcheggio vicino all'appartamento. Proprietario gentile e disponibile."

"Wir haben die Zeit im Casa BraMare sehr genossen. Ein schönes, gepflegtes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in einer herrlichen Landschaft. Ein Garten zum Entspannen, diverse Sitzplätze, Panoramablick, genial. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ausgesprochen netter, sympathischer Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Wir können alle sehr guten Bewertungen bestätigen."

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hatte in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage.Der Weg zum Strand war in fünf Minuten fussläufig erreichbar, mit dem Auto geht es noch schneller, mehrere kostenlose Strände sind gut erreichbar. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Mehrere Einkaufsläden sind in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft liegt oberhalb der Stadt in einem Garten mit Olivenbäumen, sehr schöner Ort um mal abzuschalten, kein Ort für Partys. Civitanova...

"Das Haus liegt in einer sehr entspannten ruhigen Anlage mit einem schönen privaten voll umzäunten Garten. Der Strand von Porto San Giorgio ist mit dem Auto nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Es war alles in allem ein wundervoller Urlaub und wir haben es dort sehr genossen. Unser Hund und auch wir wollten gar nicht mehr nach Hause und wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder."

"Amazing views from the pool side over vineyards and the mountains in the distance are one of the best things about this property. Its also very close to the local village which has a great pizzeria and supermarket. Overall, not a touristy place."

"We loved our stay at Manola’s. The location is great—just minutes outside of the old city wall, and minutes from the parking garage where you can park for 3 euros per day. The house is very well-equipped, and Manola is super nice and helpful. We didn’t know how to operate the microwave as a toaster, and she promptly brought us a brand new toaster, which was very much appreciated. Macerata is a great city to visit, as well as a good base from which to explore nearby sights."

Große Wohnung und Terrasse nach Osten Richtung Meer, großer Garten mit schönen Bäumen, Fahrräder. Mängel: neue Stühle am Esstisch sind leider zu niedrig, ein bequemer Sessel zum Fernsehen wäre noch schön . Grottamare ist ein hübscher, sehr gepflegter Ort, in dem es alles gibt, was man braucht.
