With 88 m², the apartment has been completely refurbished and features every comfort. The living-dining room is a bright, open space thanks to three large windows with access to a French balcony and a lovely bay window. The decor blends modern and classic styles in soft tones, with a comfortable sofa, large flat-screen TV, and a spacious dining table ideal for long, relaxed meals.

The separate kitchen, next to the dining area, is fully equipped with the latest appliances and all necessary kitchenware. It also features a large window with direct access to a balcony, ensuring excellent ventilation.

The apartment includes three bedrooms and two full bathrooms with showers. The main bedroom has a 180x200 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two 90x200 cm single beds, while the third, facing a large courtyard, offers a 160x200 cm bed and a lovely desk. The street-facing rooms are especially quiet due to the pedestrian street.

Heating and cooling are provided exclusively by an air-source heat pump system in all rooms, offering both air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort. There are no radiators.

High-speed Wi-Fi is included. There’s no parking in the building, and street parking is expensive and hard to find. However, FeelFree can reserve a nearby garage space when booking.
