a perfect stay!!

This was an excellent place for us. Central to the action in San Sebastian and close to the places we wanted to see. Unai was the perfect host and handled our very late arrival due to flight cancellation in a manner that was very gracious to us. He stepped up!!!. I recommend the place highly.

Excellent property, great location

This is a nice apartment in a great location . We were 4 people and it was good for us but a larger group would be very cosy! Check in and communication were great and the property is very well-equipped and has everything you need, super for getting to both of the main beaches. The listing on Vebo says ‘hot tub’ which we think mug he be out of date. The apartment is on the 6th floor but there is a good list. I would recommend this apartment

Well equiped home and helpful hosts

The hosts were very helpful during the check-in process. When we arrived it was raining very heavily. They met us at our car with umbrellas, told us where to park and showed us the property. It was more spacious than I expected and there were plenty of towels, dishes and pans so we were easily able to cook some of our meals in the unit.

Best Stay Ever!

The place was a perfect size, in a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from the beach. Unai was extremely good at communicating and very helpful. His mother showed us the place and all of its features which I found to be very helpful. A lot of bars, restaurants, and shops around it. The only thing I'd note is that the walls are very thin so if you are a light sleeper you may want earplugs, but I had no problem with it. When I return to San Seb I will definitely stay here again if it's available. 10/10 it is one of the best VRBO stays I've had.

Excellent apartment near Zurriola beach

Unai was a very responsive host to several communications I sent prior to our visit. After our arrival he sent a very helpful email with restaurant recommendations and things to do in San Sebastian - much appreciated. The apartment is clean and well maintained, and as nice as the photos. The kitchen has all the basics, and we appreciated the Nespresso machine! One thing to note is that the second bedroom is just a curtained off area of the living room. This worked fine for our situation of two couples traveling together. The location is excellent, close to Zurriola Beach, many restaurants and stores including two food markets. Highly recommend!

Estupendamente ubicada. Muy cerca de la playa y cerca de la zona antigua. Hay mucha vida alrededor (tiendas, cafeterías, restaurantes, etc.) pero el apartamento es tranquilo porque no da a la calle. El apartamento está muy bien preparado. Los propietarios, muy amables, nos recibieron para darnos las llaves, algo que ya cuesta ver en alojamientos turísticos y que se agradece mucho porque sabes que hay alguien cerca en caso de necesidad.

Appartement très agréable et fonctionnel

L'appartement est totalement conforme à l'annonce. Un peu sombre malgré les nombreuses fenêtres, mais pour autant vraiment très agréable : cela faisait longtemps que je me m'étais pas sentie comme chez moi dans une location ! L'appartement dispose vraiment de tous les équipements nécessaires : rien ne manque jusqu'aux ustensiles ! C est top.Le temps n'a malheureusement pas été entre notre faveur cette fois ci mais nous avons vraiment passé un agréable séjour malgré tout. L appartement est en plus extrêmement bien situé : une seule rue à traverser le surf en main pour se jeter dans les vagues : mon fils était ravi. Tout est optimisé, et proche à pied des différents quartiers sympa de San Sebastian.Nous n'hésiterons vraiment pas à renouveler. D'autant que Unai est un propriétaire en or et adorable qui a répondu rapidement à toutes nos demandes et s est rendu disponible pour nous donner les clés un peu en avance sur l heure prévue. Merci Unai pour votre gentillesse et votre hospitalité : si nous revenons, nous relouerons avec grand plaisir votre appartement.Soyiez confiant pour réserver, Unai est fiable.
