Nice room with A/C comfortable bed they took care of our laundry with reasonable price easy to move to the centro histórico San Salvador with Uber but traffic very busy but the good thing I don’t have to drive

This hotel is clean, rooms are big, closet is walk in, bathroom clean and big, awesome view of the volcano 🌋 service is great Guadalupe the front desk clerk it was so helpful, courteous and professional. Horrible place to stay.

This place advertises as a hotel but it is just a low class motel. The walls were full of holes. Horrible experience and the staff was rude. And it was so pricey too. I have paid less for an excellent hotel room.

This hotel is easily the worst I've ever experienced in over 50 countries. Upon arrival, the receptionist was blaring music and singing loudly, far from professional. The room didn't match the Expedia photos, and it was infested with cockroaches - on the bed and the floor. I have evidence to back up my claims in case the hotel management wants to refute them. For just a little extra, you can stay in reputable hotel chains in El Salvador. Don't throw away your money on this establishment.

No Wifi / Owner Issues Positives - kitchen staff and Guadalupe (Front Desk) were friendly/attentive. Breakfast is nothing to feast on as its small in quantity and options are limited and seating with only 4 tables. The location is close in proximity to various restaurants. The amenities of WIFI connectivity is extremely bad everywhere and falls flat to facilitate a better experience to meet basic standards. There is a creamed colored couch and a TV that is mostly turned off. The hot water is sporadic and at times there was none, especially when taking a shower. The room was not cleaned everyday as it’s done every other day per Reception and towels are not replaced daily nor were my bed sheets ever changed during my stay. On my last day Guadalupe came up to my room, per the Owner, that they had a guest reservation for a family room and asked if I could move to another room. Normally, after a room is paid this should not be a conversation but since I had the family room, for which I was given at check-in as there was no single rooms I reserved, I stayed at the family one. I complied to do Guadalupe a favor but the room she offered was not what I expected so I decided to seek shelter elsewhere. I never got to speak to owner eventhough I requested it as he tried to be slick and dishonest by attempting to give me less of a refund than what I had already paid for. This hotel lacks decent amenities and ownership behavior is a joke that makes it hard to come back.

Hotel muy accecible en el precio, el personal muy amable, pero las paredes de la habitacion estaban sucias, las sabanas tambien estaban usadas y tenian cabellos de los huespedes anteriores, la puerta de la habitación no cerraba bien, y quedaba un espacio por el cual se podía ver hacia afuera y de afuera hacia adentro. Se sentia inseguro y carente de privacidad. Tambien muy poco espacio de estacionamiento, si llegas tarde toca estacionar practicamente en la calle.
