"There was someone in our room when we got there. Since there isn't a manager on site, it took awhile to get ahold of the owners to get another room. They did put us in the larger room at no extra cost, though, so that was nice. "

"Very nice and well located. Wi-Fi and tvs great. Clean and although didn’t check everything seemed ok. Bathroom sink faucets not working but it was to be taken care of. Online listing pretty accurate but check in at 4 instead of 3 and didn’t get check in info until a few hours before checking in not 3 days before that I’d read which led to anxious moments for me. Listing said sleeps six but only the bedroom bed and sofa bed. We brought a blowup air mattress which worked fine. Overall a wonderful...

"We booked this property to watch the 2024 eclipse, and were greeted by very accommodating and gracious hosts. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and extended us every courtesy. I would recommend to stay with them to anyone - their hospitality can't be surpassed!"

"A charming older, and slightly funky (in a good way) house off a dirt road in the country. We loved it! So quiet and peaceful. A short drive into the cute town of San Saba. Would definitely stay again, if I'm in the area. The host was very accomodating."
