"Really bad service, no internet, the door doesn't close at all and the sink was blocked, we told the woman in charge, she didn't help at all. Bad experience."

"Paid the extra for the balcony room and was told Not available upon checkout. The hallways had a terrible smell and then walking in to the room, smelled of stale cigarettes. Outside of hotel is deceiving..looks like a nice place to stay until you get to the inside. Carpet was covered in stains and bed was warped and extremely uncomfortable. Not happy with our stay at all. :/"

"Awful stay! We arrived late from our flight and couldn’t get late check out like we requested. Then upon check out we asked to go on the rooftop terrace while we wait for our other stay to become available and they declined, saying once you check out you can’t use the facilities. My partner and as very unwell and they forced us to stay in the reception area until our other place was ready. I was not pleased at all!! Also, one of the receptionists interrupted me at my room to tell me they haven’t received payment, when the person who checked us in at midnight should have done that to begin with. Staff at reception were very rude, I would not advise anyone to stay here if they have a late flight as they are not prepared for it."
