"Beautiful apartment in a great location for exploring the historic area of Verona. Loved the terrace area and really enjoyed my stay. Only disappointment was that the promised bottle of wine due to my gold status wasn't there"

"Property is a very authentic Venice hotel. The a/c in the room did not work well and shuts off when no one is in the room. Front desk was very accommodating to leave a key in the room control while we were gone to keep the temperature down and got us a fan to help."

"Exceptional setup for an airport hotel. Beautiful building, nice spa, good restaurant. However we were disappointed by 2 things: - the reception staff were rude (“sorry talk to my colleague I’m doing something urgent”, “now you have to pay” after I asked the details of a bill and confirm this is fine, another one hanging up on me on the phone…) - the junior suite was just a large room (nothing that would typically justify the name “suite” such as a proper sitting area)"
