"Súper atento la gente están muy amable y respetuoso, el único cambio que tiene hacer es darle una forma de cambiar billetes grande de 100,000 para darle propinas por la chicas de el aseo y los moto chivos y la gente del resteruante porque están trabajando duro y son increíble los empleos!!!! yo creo que si un visitante del hotel quiere reconocer el gran servicio brindado por el personal y dar un propina personal a los empleados con una propina y un detalle adicional, deben proporcionar una forma de dar algo individualmente al empleado específico que brindó atención y servicio porque ellos lo marezco"

"We stayed for 8 nights. The manager and crew are VERY personable and helpful, but respectful of our privacy. We came to relax and chill. We were never pestered or intruded upon... But whenever we asked a question or needed assistance, they were prompt and courteous. This was the perfect getaway spot. Close enough for UBER, yet remote enough to be "away from it all." UBER into Rionegro is about $3.50 USD each way. Medellin is about $30 each way. We never waited more than 15 minutes for an UBER to pick us up. The pics don't do the place justice. We had a very nice time here, and highly recommend."
