"Our stay was great. We actually had a few issues (started with the AC in our room not working), but the staff was amazing at fixing things for us and ensuring our stay was good! The hotel is beautiful and they really nailed the service, fixing all issues. Breakfast was awesome."

"We stayed here for 2 nights before a cruise. Loved this property. Was convenient for us to shop and dine in Ravenna and walkable to the train station! The room was spacious and clean. We loved the outdoor garden area for sitting with a drink at night. I had a travel party of grandmother/mom/grandson and we all loved the experience! Would highly recommend."

"Hotel was more than we expected. The staff was super friendly, the hotel was right in the middle of the beach area and the included breakfast was awesome! There are a ton of restaurants and grocery stores in the neighborhood. The beach is right across the street! And as my kids can attest to, the best waves in Ravenna are right in front of the hotel. The hotel is popular so all the taxi services know right where you are when you call. We easily transferred between the train station and the cruise port."
