The location of the house is perfect. It is away from the tourist zones, but you are also close to everything - 5 minute drives to the Chedraui grocery store, downtown Santa Cruz, Central Park in La Crucecita, and several beautiful beaches. "If you are looking for a resort vacation this is not it. If you want the experience of residential Huatulco, this is it. Neighbours very friendly, house had a great "home" feel, and everything (other than golf course) was walkable, from 15 minutes to the grocery store, 15 minutes to the main plaza, to 35 minutes to the beach So location was great.
