Perfecto para pasar unos dĂ­as en el mar menor

El apartamento mejor de lo que esperĂĄbamos. Limpio (salvo el suelo y algĂșn utensilio de cocina) y con camas cĂłmodas, ropa de cama, toallas y cocina completa. El aire acondicionado y ventiladores hacen que la estancia sea agradable. La playa estĂĄ a un paso aunque a nosotros no nos ha gustado la zona (no del apartamento, sino esa zona del mar menor). La comunicaciĂłn con la propietaria de 10 y la entrega y recogida de llaves muy flexible.

appartement trÚs bien situé

L'appartement est conforme Ă  la description, il est trĂšs bien situĂ©, Ă  2 minutes Ă  pieds de la plage. le parking sous la rĂ©sidence est un plus. Le seul bĂ©mol la porte fenĂȘtre qui donne sur le balcon et qui n'a pas de poignĂ©e cĂŽtĂ© balcon et qui se claque trop facilement, rĂ©sultat nous sommes restĂ©s coincĂ©s durant 5 heures sur le balcon, JosĂ© qui possĂšde un double des clĂ©s, n'est pas venu et nous avons fait appel Ă  un serrurier pour nous ouvrir, rĂ©sultat 360 euros. De mĂȘme nous avons signalĂ© un problĂšme sur la tĂ©lĂ©vision qui ne marche pas, JosĂ© devait venir mais nous n'avons vu personne, malgrĂ© les nombreux messages de relance. Pour notre dĂ©part c'est son fils qui nous a donnĂ© rendez-vous pour la remise des clĂ©s le vendredi Ă  8h, Ă  8h15 ne voyant toujours personne, nous avons laissĂ© un nouveau message et laissĂ© les clĂ© sur la table. Le cĂŽtĂ© gestion de l'appartement est Ă  revoir.

San Pedro del Pinatar

El piso estaba perfecto y tenía todas las comodidades y electrodomésticos tanto grandes como pequeños para facilitar la estancia. Lo mejor es que la playa estå en línea recta a 2 minutos andando, incluso menos. La persona encargada de recepcionarnos muy agradable y disponible por si necesitåbamos algo.

Bastante, cĂłmodo todo el apto las camas bien en general todo el apto ha estado perfecto.

El precio bastante econĂłmico y la ubicaciĂłn muy cerca de la playa encantados con el apto, un saludo.
