"Terrible cockroach in the bathroom and beside the bed. Torn pillow case and bed sheet and noisy as this is beside the street. Don’t be fooled with the pictures … reality hotel is rundown you will be ashamed to bring your family and friends. Nothing is great only the view. "

"Belize is amazing with its superb customer service! I booked an overnight for my friend on her 60th day and requested Belize to decorate her room as a surprise. They nailed and my friend was in absolute joy! Thank you Belize and more power!"

"This place is a little dream in the craziness that is Manila. Old world little b&b with an amazing, helpful staff. The room was small but perfectly appointed with a small balcony overlooking the street. Great art and furnishings around the lobby. Also with some amazing restaurants within close walking distance. "We always had great experience with Seda Hotel. Whenever we come to Philippines, we always take a break in Manila for a few days before going to Davao. Seda has always been great! We have stayed in both locations, BGC and Abreeza in Davao and we always had great experiences! The staff is amazing, they are so friendly, helpful and respectful! The free buffet breakfast is phenomenal! Tons of options for both Filipino and non-Filipino dishes. The only thing that we were bummed about was the pool, during our stay they are under going some renovations and the pool was included so my girls couldn’t use it and they were really disappointed but we found other stuff for them to do since the location is so close to everything for both shopping and dining. The next time we’re back in Manila, we will definitely stay at Seda again. I hope they’ll always maintain the high quality level of experience that they provide to their customers. "
