Hacienda Cusin

"The hacienda is beautiful., a true calm and quiet oasis from the past. The common rooms and hacienda itself are decorated sumptuously, but the room that we had needed a little more of something to make it feel more lux. Same with the towels and other bath amenities, they did not match the hacienda itself. The food was very good on the prefix menu but maybe needed a bit more variety and perhaps local dishes. Service was very nice, albeit quite professional. I would definitely return again, but would go for a higher room category. Oh the best was turn down service with chocolates and hot water bottles!!"

"Hotel La Joya was absolutely beautiful and a perfect place to stay in Otavalo for a couple days I would highly recommend it to everyone the staff was very helpful with everything we needed to find and there was even a laundry service on the last day of our vacation!!"
