We downloaded the directions for Hotels.com and also used our GPS. It directed us to the location of Avenida 4 and Calle 3. There we did not find the hotel, no sign...

"Great hosts! The property is located close to town. I had a very secure parking spot in a garage with a gate. The breakfast was so delicious including fresh eggs from their other property. Highly recommended!"
