"We arrived and the room was ultra humid, dark there was a dead cockroach on the floor and the room smelled like sewage. After running the ac for a while it got better better but the humidity gave me bronchitis (i literally spent 2 hours at the hospital yesterday to find out what was wrong with me. The bed is so old it is arched like a banana so you wake up with terriblr back ache. I’m only 37 so should not wake up feeling like i’m 60. "

"Great option for comfortable and convenient, peaceful, and hassle-free accommodation in a relatively quiet part of the Nimmanhaemin area! Auntie Tanyaa and Uncle Goong are both very friendly and super helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended guesthouse!! I look forward to returning and making this my new “home away from home” in Chiang Mai! Note: no fridge in the rooms, but guests are welcome to share the big fridge downstairs"
