"The staff of the Hotel are absolutely AMAZING..! Super friendly and wonderful and kind..! My very first time in Monterrey, due to my flight being cancelled and decided to stay couple of nights and explore this enormous city..! From the front desk to concierge, housekeeping, etc… everyone were so amazing to me..! I’m so glad I stayed in this hotel and not in the San Pedro area which’s beyond messy as I come from a huge city like Houston and needed a stunning view of the mountains and peace and quiet as well..! Kudos to all..! Gracias..! "
