Brand new apartment, 65m2 on the 1st floor in stone house 200 m from the beach and the center.
2 bedrooms with bed 140 and dressing.
Bathroom with shower, washbasin and furniture, WC.
The fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, all kitchen utensils, plenty of storage space.
A living room with sofa coffee table and TV.

Linen is not provided.
