Ideale Unterkunft für 2 Personen, die Ruhe und die ländliche Umgebung genießen möchten. Alles sehr sauber, im typisch toskanischen Stil. Der Pool inkl. Hochsitz mit fantastischer Aussicht (auf San Miniato) sind der Hammer. Technische Anlagen, wie Klimaanlage, heiß Wasserboiler und Gasherd funktionieren bestens! Ein schönes Fleckchen für erholsamen Urlaub. Sehr nette Vermieterin! Mit Tieren sind Elstern, Tauben, Katzen und Gekkos gemeint. ;-) alles harmlos ;-)

Gemütliches Häuschen

Wir waren 4 Tage Ende April in dieser Unterkunft. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt benötigt man noch die Heizung, was allerdings kein Problem war. Es kostet einfach extra(5 Euro am Tag). Die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber und liebevoll gepflegt! Alle Möbel sind von hoher Qualität, auch beim Pool findet man gemütliche Liegestühle und Sitzgelegenheiten. Nachteile: für grosse Menschen ist es auf der sehr Toilette eng. Und das WLAN war etwas instabil.

Das Haus ist wunderbar urig un...

Das Haus ist wunderbar urig und ursprünglich, genau unserer Vorstellung entsprechend! Die Matratze hat uns einen wunderbaren Schlaf garantiert und auch die Ausstattung des Hauses ermöglichte uns die Möglichkeit zu kochen. Ein großes Manko ist die Hitze, die sich in den Sommermonaten in dem Häuschen ausbreitet. Die Klimaanlange kommt NICHT dagegen an!!! Die Fenster konnten wir nicht öffnen da wir sonst von den Mücken überfallen worden wären. Nach einem Gespräch mit der Tochter der Vermieterin, die ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück wohnt und englisch spricht, haben wir uns auf den Weg gemacht und Moskitonetze gekauft und diese an den Fenstern befestigt. So war der Urlaub gerettet und wir konnten ihn auch sehr genießen. Reisetipps: San Miniato ist ein schönesStädtchen in Panoramalage. Es gibt ein paar wenige Restaurants und eine tolle Eisdiele. ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich da man vom Häusle 10 Minuten dorthin fährt. Lucca ist ungefähr in in 50 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar und sehr zu empfehlen!!! Die Fahrten nach Pisa und Florenz haben wir mit dem Zug gemacht. Unten in San Miniato Basso ist ein Bahnhof wo man günstig Tickets dafür erwerben kann.
