"We stayed with a toddler and a baby and the hotel went above and beyond to help us be comfortable and make it a special experience. We normally like to visit other restaurants and do day trips on holiday however there was so much choice and activities for us as a family to do within the resort we ended up staying in and enjoying it the whole time, besides the odd beach walk! Such an easy, luxurious treat for our first family trip. "

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and efficient service. The hotel is set in a beautiful valley just steps away from the beach, surrounded by breathtaking cliffs and views that make you feel like you’ve found a hidden gem on the island. 🏨 Rooms: Our room was clean, spacious, and had a balcony with stunning views of the ocean and pool area. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout our stay. 🍽️ Food: The buffet offered a nice variety of dishes, with fresh options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was something for everyone – from international favorites to delicious Canarian specialties. 💦 Aquapark & Facilities: The Aquapark was a hit – especially for families and kids. It added an extra level of fun and adventure to the trip! The pools were well-maintained, and the entire complex felt safe and 🌞 Location: The beach is right there, and there are lovely walking paths and nearby attractions in Puerto de Mogán and beyond. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this is a great base to start from. "I had to go to this hotel as an emergency as the hotel we booked was in terrible conditions and unsafe for girls. But honestly I am glad I booked this one, amazing service, stunning and felt very safe during all my stay. There’s not much around the hotel but honestly you won’t want to leave the pool anyways, and they offer everything inside the hotel. There is some local bars and restaurants nearby, but that’s about it. Perfect for someone looking for a quiet holiday. I would definitely recommend and will definitely come back. :)"

"We loved this hotel, we upgraded to pool room over looking Mediterranean hotel. I did water aerobics in our pool to theirs aqua areobics each day! We also had sea view. The maids came every day, work very hard, staff at breakfast are kind, friendly and also work hard. The reception team are warm, helpful, there was nothing not be pleased to help with. The concierge, charming- you are treated lovingly by all staff so hats off to you all! The building is 30 years old, still is outstandingly beautiful in architecture, romantic in nature but just needs a little tlc as all 30 year old buildings do. I hear it is due to a renovation soon, I cant wait to come back and see! It’s right on beach and smack bang in golden mile, ideal location being surrounded by bars and restaurants. The pool little cold and small but we went over to the Mediterranean- although it’s 27€ per room unless you wait till after 6 for cards to work. We enjoyed the ‘History’ show that’s underneath hotel in huge auditorium. You can get discount if stay at cleopatra. Breakfast was great selection but after 10 days was too repetitive, but the beautiful pianist, whose talent is incredible, is worth to attend just to hear her play 💛 The beds are big roomy and comfy, high ceilings, dark and quiet rooms, the terrace was a dream with pool, comfy sun loungers, parasol, outside shower, we hardly left it. Bathroom lovely with nice toiletries, hot water a good pressure on shower. I recommend here and can’t wait to return!."

"First time in Tenerife for 3 weeks and, this was our second residence in the South(Golfe del Sur). Super friendly staff at the reception Juan J. and Maria also David at the swimming pool area making sure both adults and children are having a fantastic experience. The whole experience was just perfect, we were fortunate to have a Vila with a terrace facing the airport and that was the winning ticket for my son who's an aviation lover. The vila was spacious and fully equipped, the whole resort felt like being in a small village, quiet and peaceful and, we loved it. The resort is easy to travel to and from the airport and attractions nearby by public transports. That feeling of being by the pool, seeing the children enjoying themselves while watching the plane pass by had no price!!! Yes, we've now added The Royal Tenerife Country Club onto our top places list to stay and we're definitely coming back soon!! "
