I really wanted to like this hotel. If you are looking for a place to relax, I would look elsewhere. Beds feel so firm and rock solid to the point where I had trouble sleeping and without a sheet, just comforter. Additionally, shower pressure is very weak and takes long to heat. If you need good lighting for hair or makeup for a wedding, rooms are very dark. It was inconvenient for me to leave for my second night but necessary. Customer service does seem to care so hoping it will improve, but won’t be coming back.

Everything was very good, staff was really kind. Just one thing... it is noisy. Not sure if the hotel can do anything about it, but SMA has become an increasingly noisy city.

It’s not a simple hotel, it’s home away from home. Everyone, from the owners to the staff is incredible. They will go above and beyond to help with anything and make you feel welcome. A true gem, great location. Rooms are modern, clean and stunning. Chilaquiles for breakfast are first class. We couldn’t be luckier to stay here TOP PLACE! also great for events!.
