This two bedroom-flat with air conditioning is placed on first floor. It can host 4/6 guests. It consists of a lovely living room with separate cooking corner (with gas stove, large refrigerator and Italian coffee maker) and double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms (shower cabin, washbasin, toilet, only1 with bidet), 2 bedrooms with a double bed, balcony with side sea view, uncovered parking place.

This apartment features many amenities, including a numbered car parking, air-conditioning, microwave oven, wash machine connection, reinforced door and television (only Italian channels available).
