The residence is a recently built building located 200 meters from the beach and it overlooks the pedestrian avenue situated along the beach.
The three-room flat is situated on the first floor and is suitable for 4/6 guests. It has a security door, Wi-Fi, and A/C. The apartment has a living room with a double sofa bed, an equipped kitchen with a large fridge, a satellite TV (there is the opportunity to see German channels), a microwave, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, 1 bedroom with a single bed, 1 bathroom with a shower box and a window, a large terrace, and an uncovered parking space. This welcoming apartment offers an ideal space to enjoy your vacation, whether with a group of friends or family.
