The residence is a seafront building with a not heated swimming pool for adults and children and 2 elevators. It is located right in the centre of Bibione Spiaggia, in the close proximity of the cycle-lane, which binds the downtown with Bibione Pineda. Bibione Thermae is just 500 m far away.

Each flat has its own parking place. Free Wi-Fi on request.

This renewed two-room flat for up to 4/6 guests is on the fifth floor. It consists of a spacious living room with a cooking corner, a safe, a TV, a microwave, a double door fridge and a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower box (no window), a double room, a second bedroom with a bunk bed, an habitable balcony with a side sea view, a covered parking place.
