"The location of the hotel is excellent, with the best parts of Verona on your doorstep, all within easy walking distance. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Just be aware, if you are arriving by car, that the hotel does not have any parking available nearby. Public parking garage is about 10-15 minutes walk away, across the river. Also, WiFi wasn’t working during our stay. Verona is a beautiful town, well worth visiting."

"Rooms are simple & nicely decorated. Owner & staff were great! Went to the bar around the corner for my daily cappaccino & croissant, lovely! The San Zeno piazza is a block away with many restaurants. I highly recommend Trattoria San Zeno! Owner & waiter absolutely wonderful & food is delicious & extremely reasonable! Verona Centre is a 10-15 min walk but I took the Verona bikes from piazza & took me less than 5 min to get into the Centre. Or you can grab the bus by the bar around the corner...

"Clean, quiet, comfortable, fantastic location. Our host was very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. Parking was easy just a few blocks away at the cittadella parking lot. At $21 euros a day, not cheap but comparable to most inner city parking prices. We ate at a few places but our favourite was the food and service at Ostinati just steps outside Ariel's main entrance. "The host Milena is very kind, friendly and accommodating. Easy check-in and parking. It is also easy to access the city centre by bus as there are bus stops nearby. A lot of options for breakfast in the morning. The room is not the biggest in the world but it is very clean and has all the amenities needed. Would recommend."

"Excellent location. 9 minutes walk to the Arena. The bathroom was absolutely spotless (never seen one cleaner!). Rosario made contact when I messaged that I would arrive after 7:00p.m. and was there to answer the bell. To correct a previous reviewer, there is no fee for checking in late: that is the standard City Tax. Good value for money. "

"We thoroughly recommend Casa Ossan. Massimo and Laura were so helpful with recommendations and their hospitality is second to none. Breakfast was so good, homemade and just kept coming. Definitely going to visit again next year when we are on another wine adventure. We mentioned we were after a specific wine and Laura was straight on the phone and negotiating a good price for us, thank you so much. Room was immaculate and Massimo couldn’t do enough even offered us the use of his EV charger. "

"Very odd stay experience - family with small children and a dog, renting out a small part of their home. Description indicated a shared kitchen, which was false and we could not cook as we had planned, so this was very disappointing, but we were allowed to use the pool for a while, which was great. "The area of town seemed a little sketchy. The apartment building is definitely older. Our apartment was clean but had a really strong floral scent which was horrible for someone with scent sensitivities. The bed was saggy and tge pillows were really flat.
