"Arrived and was given a key to a room that was already occupied. Then was given another room the door know broke and door lock didn't work only the safety lock. Refrigerator lamp were dirty and ice bucket had unknown red substance it. We checked in at 230 am so was too tired to do anything. The next morning the desk clerk apologized and advised the mamsger would be in in a few hours. Called back several hours and manager still was not in. Was advised it would be better to email"

"It was very clean. Both the room and the bathroom were well kept. The staff was very friendly, especially the fellow in charge of the breakfast. We came after nine and they were closing. He kept offering us items in spite of that. The reason we were late was online it said breakfast was till ten. Here it was open till 9:30 and 9:00 weekdays. It’s posted in the breakfast area, but not where you check-in. We missed it. As I said, the gentleman in charge was very accommodating anyway."

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was dirty and poorly maintained. There were holes in the walls, which made the room look neglected, and the coffee pot didn’t even work. For the price I paid, I expected a clean, functional room. It was clear that basic maintenance and housekeeping had been overlooked. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel unless they make significant improvements."
