Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. "It is an old but beautiful quiet place, the room is spacious and clean with modernized facilities. The breakfast is superb, with all kinds of choices you can think of for a continental breakfast. The front desk is very friendly and drove us free to the train station since it was a major holiday and no taxi driver was working. Air conditioning was a bit off by American standards but was adequate to me."

Too bad we could only dine once, they were close on Mon, tues. Owner was great attentive and friendly. Breakfast for a nominal fee was sufficient for us. Very light. Location was right by mountainside, fresh air. Had a good stay. Will recommend this hotel. Great parking."
