"Great house for 4-6 ppl . Very clean . The owner is very friendly, stoppd by for checking in to give us a tour around the house . Location is also good - close to Lucca . Highly recommend it."

"Carlos greeted us at the property and ensured we knew where everything was in the residence which was well equipped, very clean and next door to a grocery store. Carlos also recommended a great beach called the American Beach nearby and a fabulous Italian restaurant which I lost the receipt for but the food was excellent and incredibly reasonable. Carlos and Silvana are great hosts and deserving of their rating as Superhosts. Would recommend them to anyone staying in the area. "

"Pros: We hebben een week bij deze huis verblijven. Alles is zoals beschreven. Laura is echt behulpzaam en zorgt alles. Airco werkt prima.Met onze auto gingen wij naar de Toscaanse steden en stranden echt makkelijk. Cons: Wifi is traag met 3-4 apparaten. Douche ruimte is iets klein voor dikke mensen."

"Can’t say enough. Very nice apartment in rural Tuscany area. Host was present to let us in and show us his place. Provided wine and goodies. Was clean and comfortable. It’s clear he put in the time and attention to detail to provide a very nice guest experience. Would highly recommend. "

"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir mochten die Familie, die auch in dem Haus lebt (natürlich separater Teil im Haus) und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der kleine Pool im sehr gepflegten Garten hat uns bei den hohen Temperaturen geholfen uns etwas abzukühlen. Wirklich tolle Unterkunft."
